Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology hosted a high-level technical session in collaboration with Astrakhan State University, reflecting a strong move toward expanding international academic cooperation.
The event welcomed a distinguished delegation from Russia, highlighting the institute’s growing global outreach. The session began with an address by Vibhuti Shankar, Vice President of International Relations. Campus Director Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh honored the guests in traditional Indian style with shawls, mementoes, and floral greetings.
The visiting delegation comprised Rector Dr. Igor Alekseev, Head of the Law Department Dr. Kristina Grigorova, Vice Rector Dr. Ekaterina Pakhomova, Head of International Affairs Pavlova Gulnara Shamilevna, and translator Marshal’kin Dmitry Olegovich.
