Digital Media Cell

A Digital Media Cell has been formed for Digital Media coverage (News / Magazine / Newsletter / Print Media / Social Media etc.) of all the educational, recreational, social, sports, and cultural activities/events conducted/organized at the department level (for students/faculty/staff members) in the department concerned / institute level.

Constitution of Examination Committee 2024-25

The Examination Committee is Constituted with the following Committee members for the smooth Conduction fof Internal Examination, AKTU Examinatio and other Govt. / Competitive Examinations.

This Committee is authorized to organize all the above examinations and make policy decisions with regard to preparation fo schedule of Examinations, Organizing and holding Examinations, Improving System of Examinations, Moderations and anyother routine matter.

Infrastructure Planning Committee 2024-25

An Infrastructure Planning Committee is being constituted with immediate effect. The objective of the committee is to oversee te planning and development of all infrastructure-related projects with in our institution.

Student Chapter Coordinator 2024-25

These faculty members are nominated as coordinators for student chapters at MIET.

Grievance Redressal Cell 2024-25

The Grievance Redressal Cell will serve as a dedicated platform for addressing and resolving issues related to academic, administrative, or personal grievances that students, faculty, and staff may encounter. The cell will function independently and will ensure that all grievances are addressed in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Proctorial Board 2024-25

To maintain the discipline amongst students of the institute and to deal with all kind of acts of indiscipline (including library, hostel, transport and entire campus of the institute)

Central Discipline Committee 2024-25

The following committee is Constituted as Central Discipline Committee with immediate effect. It's main duty to ensure that rules and regulation framed by the institute are being followed by students, also the administration of student related matters pertaining to all act of indiscipline are delegated to the Central Discipline Committee.

Online Grivance redressal Cell

To deal with grievances reported by the students and to maintain the discipline by ensuring strife free atmosphere. Grievances can be reported by contacting / submitting written application of any of the members of the committee / authority, accessing Google Form / MIET Web-site / accessing QR Code.

Anti Ragging Squad 2024-25

To prevent the ragging inside the institute premises an anti-ragging squad has been constituted as mentioned here under. All members are requested to conduct surprise visits in campus during the day and night and to take all suitable measures to make a ragging free campus.

Internal Complaint Committee / Women Cell 2024-25

To upholding a healthy environment that enables employees and students to study and work without fear of prejudice, gender bias and sexual harassment To resolve the grievances of students, parents & others and to take all necessary and reasonable steps to assist the affected person in terms of support and preventive action

SC/ST Cell 2024-25

As per the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, No.33 of 1989, dated 11-09-1989, the SC/ST Cell has been formed to monitor and endeavour to resolve issues / grievances relating to SC/ST students / faculty / staff members at institute level. 

Minority Cell 2024-25

The Minority Cell, comprising of following personnel, has been formed to monitor and endeavor to resolve issues/grievances relating to Minority students/faculty/staff members at the institute level.

OBC Cell 2024-25

The OBC Cell has been formed to monitor and endeavor to resolve issues / grievances relating to OBC students / faculty / staff members at institute level. The committee comprises of members as mentioned below. All members are requested to extend their full cooperation.

Development and application of quality benchmark/ paraments for the various academic and administrative activities of the Institute.

Community Development Committee 2024-25

To plan, overview and monitor the social responsibility & community services including Blood Donation Camps in campus / nearby villages, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, NSS, Aajadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav etc.

Skill Development Cell 2024-25

To inculcate skills among the student and to organize the skill development program / courses / activities and events etc. Skill Development Cell has been formed as per the details mentioned here under. All members are requested to extend their full cooperation.

Student Counsellor and Counselling Cell

To sort out the problems of students, reach appropriate solutions, take responsible decisions, and enable students to become self-actualized individuals To take-care of mentor-mentee related works at institute level

Moocs Online Courses

To look after all the affairs / works related to MOOCs, Online Courses (offered through NPTEL, Swayam etc.) - to bridge the curriculum gap / to improve the academic performance of the students To look-after the work related to PARAKH

Institute-Industry Cell

 To interact between institute and industry, bridge the gap between academia and Industry, enhance skills and to assist the students to get suitable placements at National and International level

Institute Innovation Council

The primary objective of the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) is to systematically foster the culture of Innovation, Design Thinking and Enterpreneurship within the academic community.

MIET Incubation Forum

Practicing innovation based on experiential learning, to inculcate excellence with in Technocrats, Researchers and Innovators / Inventors (TRI) and to incubate the Multi Business Model (MBM) To primarily deals with Incubation, Innovation and Start-up

AICTE IDEA Lab

To take-care of all the works (planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring / deemed) pertaining to AICTE – Idea Lab (MIET) through AICTE – Idea Lab (MIET) – Cell (cell will look-after all the day-to-day / operational works / as assigned / applicable), an AICTE – Idea Lab (MIET)

Research Development Cell

Advising and supporting into the implementation of the R&D policy of the institution To advise and give their consent on policy related matters of internal/collaborative/industry/institutional research, other research findings collaboration or any other research and development matter assigned or mentioned time to time

To look-after the work related to IPR, MOUs, Publications (Paper, Book, Book-chapters), Patents, Copy-right, Trade-mark etc., Development of Proto-type / Product / Technology etc. with conduct of IPR awareness / sensitization programs, an IPR cell has been constituted as per following.

Alumni Committee

To coordinate, organize alumni meet and to take feedback from passing out students regarding facilities on campus

Library Advisory Committee 2024-25

A Library advisory committee has been constituted which consist of the members as per the details mentioned below. The committee has to make of formulation of library policies, purchase of library materials, improvement of library and information services, operational matters and all other applicable/deemed issues. The committee should also act as guidance for the holistic development of library and to establish a bridge between the library and the academic fraternity. All members are requested to extend their full cooperation.

Placement Cell

To look after all the affairs / works related to Trainings, Placement and Assessment ( Cocubes and AMCAT Etc.) a committee of placement.

Institute Ethics Cell

 To protect human subjects through ensuring highest ethical standards and conduct in all research carried out under the auspices of IIPHD

Student Council Cell

 To collect and provide feedback and suggestion to improve the overall performance of the students and institution through curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular affairs

Exam Cell

 To look after all the affairs/works related to conduct of internal, external and competitive examinations and to take care of all other examination related / associated / deemed works / issues etc. (including reforms in examination)

Value Education Cell

With a view to facilitate students to have the understanding, commitment and the practice of living with acceptable Human conduct and to participate in the development of a humane society, Value Education Cell has been formed

Entrepreneurship Cell

To develop, enhance and carve the inner entrepreneurial potentials of students to develop and nurture leadership and entrepreneurial excellence among students

Value Added Courses

To look after all the affairs / works related to Value-Added Courses / Certificate Program (run by the department) and Training Programs (run at institute / department level related to Technical Training – including training of Software / Technology / Coding / Placement etc.) - to bridge the curriculum gap / to improve the academic performance of the students

Environment and Energy Management Cell

The aim of the Environment Management Plan is to reduce the environmental impact of various day-to-day activities of the institute and make the campus eco-friendly and to work with a professional and systematic approach towards achieving environmental sustainability.
