Online Grivance redressal Cell

To deal with grievances reported by the students and to maintain the discipline by ensuring strife free atmosphere. Grievances can be reported by contacting / submitting written application of any of the members of the committee / authority, accessing Google Form / MIET Web-site / accessing QR Code.

Proctroial Board

To maintain the discipline amongst students of the institute and to deal with all kind of acts of indiscipline (including library, hostel, transport and entire campus of the institute)

Anti Ragging Cell

To prevent ragging inside the institute premises (including canteen, hostels etc.) and to take-care of all the affairs related to ragging etc. To conduct surprised visits in Campus during day and night and to take all suitable measures to make Ragging free campus

Internal Complaint Committee / Women Cell

To upholding a healthy environment that enables employees and students to study and work without fear of prejudice, gender bias and sexual harassment To resolve the grievances of students, parents & others and to take all necessary and reasonable steps to assist the affected person in terms of support and preventive action

To monitor and endeavor to resolve issues / grievances relating to SC/ST students / faculty / staff members at institute level

Minority Cell

To monitor and endeavor to resolve issues / grievances relating to Minority students / faculty / staff members at institute level

OBC Cell

To monitor and endeavor to resolve issues / grievances relating to OBC students / faculty / staff members at institute level

Development and application of quality benchmark/ paraments for the various academic and administrative activities of the Institute.

Activities and Events

To coordinate, supervise and to prepare reports / related documentation of all the educational, recreational, social, games and sports and cultural activities / events conducted / organized at department level (for students / faculty / staff members) in the department concerned / institute level

Media and Social Media Cell

For media coverage (News / Magazine / Newsletter / Print Media / Social Media etc.) of all the educational, recreational, social, sports and cultural activities / events conducted / organized at department level (for students / faculty / staff members) in the department concerned / institute level The activities / events are not limited to conduct of Webinar, Seminar, Expert Lectures, Motivational Talk, FDP, Workshops, Trainings, Industrial Visits, Sports, Project Exhibition, Dept. Fest, Club Activities, Activities related to MOUs, Cultural Events, and Conferences etc. Its proper documentation / record-keeping is also to be taken care by the committee

Community Development Cell

To plan, overview and monitor the social responsibility & community services including Blood Donation Camps in campus / nearby villages, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, NSS, Aajadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav etc.

Skill Development Cell

To inculcate skills among the student and to organize the skill development program / courses / activities and events etc.

Student Counsellor and Counselling Cell

To sort out the problems of students, reach appropriate solutions, take responsible decisions, and enable students to become self-actualized individuals To take-care of mentor-mentee related works at institute level

Moocs Online Courses

To look after all the affairs / works related to MOOCs, Online Courses (offered through NPTEL, Swayam etc.) - to bridge the curriculum gap / to improve the academic performance of the students To look-after the work related to PARAKH

To interact between institute and industry, bridge the gap between academia and Industry, enhance skills and to assist the students to get suitable placements at National and International level

Alumni Committee

To coordinate, organize alumni meet and to take feedback from passing out students regarding facilities on campus

Library Advisory Committee

To take care of formulation of library policies, purchase of library materials, improvement of library and information services, operational matters and all other applicable / deemed issues To act as guidance for the holistic development of library and to establish a bridge between the library and the academic fraternity

Placement Cell

To look after all the affairs / works related to Trainings, Placement and Assessment ( Cocubes and AMCAT Etc.) a committee of placement.

Institute Ethics Cell

To protect human subjects through ensuring highest ethical standards and conduct in all research carried out under the auspices of IIPHD

Student Council Cell

To collect and provide feedback and suggestion to improve the overall performance of the students and institution through curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular affairs

Exam Cell

To look after all the affairs/works related to conduct of internal, external and competitive examinations and to take care of all other examination related / associated / deemed works / issues etc. (including reforms in examination)
