The Atal Community Innovation Center (ACIC) MIET Meerut Foundation organized an Ideathon in which more than 250 students from classes 6 to 12 from various schools of Baghpat, Shamli, Hapur, Muzaffarnagar, Bulandshahr, Saharanpur, Bijnor, and Meerut participated.
The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Sohail Sheikh (Innovation Lead, Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India), MIET Vice Chairman Puneet Agarwal, Campus Director (Prof) Dr. S.K. Singh, and ACIC Meerut Foundation CEO Prashant Gupta by jointly lighting the lamp. CEO Prashant Gupta shared the aim of Ideathon-“to promote innovation and creativity of the students”. This event provides an important platform for the students to present and develop their knowledge by exploring other's ideas. During this, the top 10 innovative ideas were selected.
Expenses incurred in bringing the selected ideas to reality, from IPR to prototype, will be sponsored by ACIC Meerut Foundation. On this occasion, all the students were honored with certificates. Vikrant Gaur, Palak Gupta, and Ashish Kumar contributed to the program's successful organization.
