He has also done his Ph.D. in Education from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. With his rich Experience as a teacher educator. His five books have been published, namely Pedagogy of Mathematics, Pedagogy of Computer, Pedagogy of EPC, Pedagogy of B.Ed. Practicum and Development of Mathematically Capacities and writing, Reading of Language. His many research papers have been published in National/International Journal; also he has presented papers in many National/International Seminars and Conferences. He has also been awarded by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Haryana and U.P. for a singing performance.

In her leadership, the department is imparting holistic education with the vision to promote academic excellence and enable the students to become self-reliant teachers enriched with skills & knowledge, embedded with positive attitude, strong values and a sense of social responsibility. Under his guidance through many curricular, co-curricular and extension activities the department focuses on the development of teacher proficiency and competence that enable and empower the student teachers to meet the requirements of profession as well as society and face the challenges therein. He strongly believes that education is the ladder that helps one to succeed and live a happy life and teachers play a significant and long lasting impact on lives of students so He puts emphasis on use of technology and innovative teaching practices that helps in dissemination of quality education which is the primary task of the department.
