Introduction:
PLC is used in the fully automated industries or plants or process. The actual processes handled and controlled by the controllers which are nothing but the programming logic controllers. Thus, PLC plays a very important role in automation section. It is a heart of control systems and constantly monitors the state of the systems through input devices and generates the control actions according to the logic given in the user program.
Industrial Automation and electric drives technology have made significant developments after several decades of the dynamic evolution of power semiconductor devices, converters, pulse width modulation (PWM) techniques, advanced control and simulation techniques. Recently its applications have been fast expanding in industrial, commercial, residential, transportation, utility, aerospace, renewable energy systems, electric/hybrid vehicles and military environments, primarily due to reductions in cost and size and improvements in performance.
MIET is a pioneer institute for providing Industrial Automation Training in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), HMI (Human Machine Interface), Motor’s, Drives, Sensors, Actuators and Switch Gears. We help in moderating vitality by executing different vitality effective projects for streamlined execution of the systems and to support the operation and upkeep of the establishment.
Our program looks at Automation systems engineering as a synergistic function between hardware and software. Students learn the essential concepts of Automation systems development through a practical, hands-on approach utilizing relevant software with advanced lab. This course is design & developed in coordination with IATC (Certified Siemens Training Center, Chandigarh). We conduct the basic course in regular curriculum and summer/winter advanced training for interested students. Our course consists of two basic modules. Advanced Training is provided by Siemens certified IATC trainers at or institute after the completion of basic modules
