Joining a club or society is a great way to keep fit and
mentally stimulated and enjoy a well deserve break from
study. There is a elaborate structure of club and
societies at MIET, whose primary motive is to install
the sprit of creativity in students. These club and
societies was founded with the field of music,
dramatics, debating quizzing and other such activities.
Over the years following clubs and societies are
functioning

Literary club: Odyssey
and Quazar is meant
to promote literary activities amongst the students as
well as to prepare and arrange for publication of
Magazine for the collage.

Culture
Club Sanskriti is
functioning to development the students’ musical talent
and other cultural activities.
§
Dramatic club- Abinay
focus to present theatrical performances and variety
shows etc which exploit and develop musical and historic
talent of the students.
§
Art
club Rainbow provides the opportunity to the students to
showcase their talent of creativity and imagination in
the field of Fine Art and Modern Art.
§
Hostel
Welfare Committee Sankalp
is working for the welfare and wellbieng of the hostel
environment. This year they have organized “No Smoking
campaign” in the hostel successfully.
Honour Court:
It is
body of students who observe a role of ideal students.
They set example of good behaviour for other to emulate.
They work not only for their honour but also for their
institute
Student indulging in any act which is unbecoming of a
good students is in theior focus and they set it right
by kindle a desire in him to become good students and
aim become a good citizen.
DEPARTMENTAL SOCIETY
The department of EC-EI, SCE-IT, BT CH, ME have engineering
societies in which the teachers and students of the
concerned department are members. These societies are
mainly meant to build up a good academic atmosphere by
organizing lectures by outside speakers and also by the
members of the societies. The members also take up
modeling work organizing seminars, quiz and other
competitions. These societies are publishing department
