Prof.
Prabhat Kumar graduated in Commerce in 1990 from
University of Lucknow, and obtained his Masters degree
in 1993 and Doctorial Degree in Management from Dr. B.R.
Ambedkar University,Agra. He has behind him more than 18
years of distinguished academic, administrative and
managerial experience.
His
specialization is Accounting & Finance and his
methodological contribution has been in the area of
“Cooperative Banking in Uttar Pradesh”. He has been
guiding students in his current research interests. He
is also having an expertise in the area of Human
Resource Development. He has also conducted various
workshops as a trainer in the area of Soft Skill
Development, Time Management and Stress Management at a
various levels in public sector, as well for middle
level management in private sector (specially service
provider).
He has
worked in various organizations at managerial levels
like Malvika Steel Ltd, Usha India Ltd. etc. He has also
served as consultant to a state level financial
corporation- Pradeshik Industrial & Investment
Corporation of Uttar Pradesh. He is also associated with
Institute of Banking Personal Selection, Mumbai, for the
purpose of recruitments in Nationalized Banks as well as
private sector Banks like RBI, SIDBI, IDBI, SAIL, Axis
Bank etc. He is also associated with various
universities relating to various academic assignments.
He is
presently Professor & Director in Institute of Computer
Application (MCA Institute) at Meerut Institute of
Engineering & Technology,. He has also served as
Professor & Head in Department of Management & Business
Studies, at Meerut Institute of Engineering and
Technology, Meerut.
